The company was formed from the Offshore and Marine Division of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc providing Vessel support activities for Oil drilling installations, owning & chartering of OSV’s for offshore platforms, specialized mooring and towing activities etc

 

Seafloat Marine Services Limited was established and Incorporated in 1996. Services ranges from sales of safety equipment and providing safety services to commercial single vessel operators to International Shipping lines.

NWDM is an amalgam of Westminster Dredging Nigeria Limited and Nigerian Dredging and Marine Limited, affiliates of Boskalis Westminster International BV, a Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. company. Prior to this, both merged companies have been incorporated in Nigeria and operating for more than 50 years and have been involved in various construction fields.

Independent marine service company – Hiring of jack-up barges and extensive vessel fleet for oilfield service operations

Niger-Benue Transport Company Limited, an indigenous maritime company has been operating in Warri since 1958. Probably one of the oldest companies in Marine Oil services. NBTC offers a wide range of marine services to corporate & private clients.

Independent service company – Provision of seismic and geophysical services.

PGS provides images and 3D models of the subsurface beneath the ocean floor that oil companies use to find oil and gas reserves worldwide. The company’s services include acquisition and processing, imaging, reservoir analysis and interpretation of seismic and EM data.

Aftrac Testing Ltd is a Nigerian based Oil and Gas service company providing well testing services

Nigerian Ropes, Plc, a ISO 9001:2008 and LEEA certified company, manufactures a wide range of fibre and steel ropes, webbing slings, rope slings, cargo nets, helipad and helideck, jackup ladder, vehicle tow ropes, etc. and associated lifting/pulling equipment and fittings.
The company also provides Inspection, certifications and NDT to the Oil & Gas, Marine and Construction industries.
Nigerian Ropes Plc was incorporated in 1960.
