LADOL (Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics Base) Free Zone was built out of a disused swamp on a secure island inside Apapa Port. This state-of-the-art Free Zone is strategically located at the point of entry into Lagos Harbour and it provides fully serviced facilities and heavy infrastructure designed and deployed to support the largest industrial projects in the world.
LADOL is a fully integrated, independent and secure base anchored around a 200m quay with a deep, 8.5m draft. The QUAY provides stevedoring and cargo handling with efficient discharge and loading of goods. LADOL is the first and only base specifically designed to meet the logistical needs of deep water offshore oil and gas operations and projects in and around Nigeria. As the first and only facility of its kind in Lagos, LADOL was created to ensure that Nigeria benefits more from deep offshore oil and gas projects by providing world-class support and logistics facilities for firms executing offshore projects in the West Africa region.
